Some Ondo State youths who applied for employment into the state Teaching Service Commission on Friday staged a peaceful protest for allegedly being issued fake appointment letters by some government officials.
Chanting various solidarity songs to express their displeasure over the development, the protesters, who converged on the entrance of the governor’s office in Akure, said they applied for the jobs through the normal process.
Saturday PUNCH gathered that the state government recently embarked on the recruitment of teachers into primary and secondary schools across the 18 local government areas of the state.Punch
