ADC fixes April 14 for national convention

The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has announced the timetable for its nationwide congresses and national convention.

In a statement on Saturday, Bolaji Abdullahi, ADC spokesperson, said the exercise is part of the party’s constitutional process to renew leadership structures across all levels.According to the schedule, the process will begin with polling unit and ward congresses before progressing to local government and state congresses and culminating in the national convention.“This process forms part of our party’s constitutional responsibility to renew its leadership structures across all levels of the organization, beginning from the polling units and wards through the local government and state levels, culminating in the National Convention,” the statement reads.
